Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration and support
- Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries
- Reception duties including greeting clients & visitors
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries
- Preparing and organising documents
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
About You:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Polite, professional, confident and personable communicator
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems
- Familiarity and interest in AI technologies
- Willingness to learn new computer software programmes
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential
