Anderson Barrowcliff is a thriving and forward-thinking firm of Teesside-based Chartered Accountants looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration and support
  • Managing calls, emails, and client enquiries
  • Reception duties including greeting clients & visitors
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries
  • Preparing and organising documents
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations

About You:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Polite, professional, confident and personable communicator
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and general IT systems
  • Familiarity and interest in AI technologies
  • Willingness to learn new computer software programmes
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not essential
