COVID 19 update
Our priority remains to protect everyone in the firm as far as we can and to provide our clients with continuity of advice and service.
We hope that this finds you well, given the current circumstances. With the COVID 19 (Coronavirus) outbreak creating a fast-moving and uncertain situation affecting us all, personally and professionally, we wanted to set out our arrangements for maintaining our services to you.
Our priority remains to protect everyone in the firm as far as we can and to provide our clients with continuity of advice and service.
We are regularly updating our operating plans to ensure you receive continuity of client service, and to safeguard the welfare of our people should home-working become mandatory.
Mindful of your health, and that of our own people, please note that:
- We will look to minimise face to face and external meetings over the coming weeks, while still remaining in contact with our clients and business contacts, using telephone calls, video calls or email instead.
- We have robust agile working systems and are currently testing our capacity for widespread home-working across the firm if the numbers of COVID 19 cases escalate.
- Our agile working policy means that many of our staff are already able to work remotely, or from home. We will call or email you prior to a meeting. In an evolving situation, we may not be able to guarantee the appropriate colleague can advise you in person.
- Any planned promotional events due to take place in the next few weeks will be delayed or cancelled. If you have booked to attend any event(s), we will update you shortly.
Our office remains operational. Our aim is to be on hand to help, advise and support you as this crisis continues. Like you - we will continue to review the evolving situation on a daily basis.
Please do not hesitate to contact me or your usual Anderson Barrowcliff contact if you have any questions or concerns.
Best wishes,
Jerome Bury
