Tom Bleasdale

I joined the Tax team at Anderson Barrowcliff in September 2025, having previously worked in practice for a number of firms, from the ‘Big 4’ to small independents.

In my spare time, I am a Sunderland season ticket holder (I know, sorry!) of many years, mostly of heartache and pain. Most of my time on a weekend is now taken up watching my son play football in the regional Wearside League and watching my daughter perform at dancing competitions throughout the North East and nationally. When I eventually get a few hours spare, I enjoy the occasional round of golf and, in my younger days, managed to achieve a single-figure handicap.

A favourite quote of mine is from Winston Churchill, who said: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it's the courage to keep going that counts.”
