Emma Crawford

I joined the Firm in June 2024, working for the Business Services department. My role focuses on Management Accountancy services, assisting with Statutory Accounts preparation when required.

Prior to joining Anderson Barrowcliff I had a career in banking and finance and after graduating from Newcastle University, I joined a major high street bank in 1998. However, my accountancy journey began when I embarked on a career change after living in Australia for two years, having been re-located with my husband's work. I studied my AAT, then joined a local firm as a Trainee Accountant in 2016.

In my spare time I like travelling and exploring new places—I do enjoy a spontaneous last-minute trip away! I love going to the theatre; whether it's a play, a musical, or a concert, supporting local amateur theatre as well as professional productions. I also enjoy going for walks and my husband and I regularly walk routes in the North Yorkshire Moors.
