Andrew Hughes

I joined Anderson Barrowcliff in 2020, bringing 11 years’ experience from local accountancy firms across Teesside, where I became ACA part-qualified. During the first 15 years of my career, I specialised in accounts preparation, audit work and managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

In 2024, I joined AB’s Corporate Finance team, applying my skills, knowledge and experience to business acquisitions, disposals and fundraising projects. I also build robust forecasts to help businesses make informed, critical decisions.

Whether it’s hiking, biking, or boarding, I enjoy spending my spare time up in the mountains and moors. I’m also a keen home cook, so I love refuelling for the next adventure.
