Tabby Kerwin
Originally a professionally trained musician graduating from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester in 2000, I later undertook a Masters Degree in Applied Positive Psychology, combining skills from both worlds to work as a freelance performance & mindset coach, facilitator, writer and speaker.
My priority is always protecting mental health and promoting wellbeing, resilience and high-performance in all that I do and I’m dedicated to using the science of happiness to help individuals and teams perform at their best, based on my own philosophies and psychological PERFORM framework. My continuing work has led me to become a multi award-winning coach and best-selling author and best of all, work with wonderful individuals, organisations and businesses around the world such as Anderson Barrowcliff, where I work to develop performance standards and protect the mental health of the team, keeping sick days for mental health issues to well below the national average.
Away from running my own businesses and work you’ll find me blending life by travelling, enjoying the dolce vita in my Italian home, reading & writing, cooking, playing in one of the world’s top 10 brass bands or staying at home with my Bengal cats!
I’m also a sucker for a good challenge and in recent years have run the London Marathon and climbed Mount Kilimanjaro!
One of my favourite quotes is: “Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change.” ― Brene Brown
